Ashley Buccelli is a social work professional, youth advocate, and program leader who loves turning ideas into meaningful experiences for young people and communities. She brings a mix of organization, creativity, and heart to her work, from coordinating youth programs and community events to building the systems and processes that help programs run smoothly.

Ashley holds a Master of Social Work from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Social Work with minors in Psychology and Youth Services from the University of Saint Joseph. Her work focuses on youth development, community engagement, program administration, coordination, and creating spaces where young people feel supported, heard, and empowered.

At Queen Ann Nzinga Center, Ashley serves as Executive Assistant and Program Admin Lead, supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations, program administration, event planning, communications, grants, data tracking, and community programming. In her role, she helps strengthen internal systems, coordinate program logistics, support staff and interns, and turn program ideas into organized and engaging experiences for youth and families. She also brings hands-on experience facilitating youth groups and connecting young people and families with community resources.

When she is not working, Ashley loves spending time outdoors, especially paddleboarding. She enjoys trying new things, getting creative, and finding fun ways to connect with the people around her.
