The event honors exceptional women in our community! Performances by Nzinga's Daughters R& B Band, Watoto Youth Program & More!
We will be honoring: Jan E. Edwards, Jinelle Hooker, Laura Meehan, Deborah Piccolo, Jimmie Elizabeth Nkonoki-Ward and Rev. Patricia Washington-Rice.
Doors open at 3:30pm. Attendees are invited to shop our vendors. Tickets are $15 for students & seniors and $20 for adults.
About our Honorees:
Jan Edwards is a New Britain native, entrepreneur, and civic leader whose career spans banking, media, and mental health, and who champions creative empowerment and community engagement across Connecticut. Read more.
