Jinelle Hooker is the Assistant Executive Director of Queen Ann Nzinga Center, Inc. Jinelle has over 18 years of experience in the areas of social services, Youth Development, Preparation for Post-Secondary and Workforce Development.  Jinelle specializes in managing teams and implementing wrap around programs and services for youth and young adults in both Central and Eastern Connecticut.
